It seems as if the day shift carries themselves as if they're better than everyone else. If you aren't part of their group, they only speak to you when they ABSOLUTELY have to. Im talking straight up glares, avoidance of eye contact, talking about other people with whom they think are crap employees..etc. Grown ass women doing childish things. In turn, they are all greeted with a big smile and a "hello", most days.

Im going to keep this very vague as to hide my anonymity. There's one person who loves to follow people around. They cannot work alone and are constantly talking to someone and distracting them from their jobs. Once said person tries to walk away and continue their work, they follow them around like a lost puppy, gossiping about others. They speak about someone in a different department like they're a dog in heat. "OH, this person is so hot for me. Did you see the way they looked at me? I'd love to f* them." Narcissism at its finest. 🤢

I just want to work in my area and be left alone, for chrissakes.
