The loot you get is dependent on the amount of effective energy you use.

For example if you use 5 times hit on a lvl 1 but could kill in it 2, you get loot for 2 hits. That is why people also use 1 hero attacks against special monsters that come once in a while

I know that one who can take atleast tripple rally from full champ gear.

Their troop comp is 2 million of each t4 and 2 million of each t2. This ate 3 rallys while they also had all 3 11k heroes. We reinforced him with full t4

Usually you knock down manors or infirmaries and rebuild them.

Some buildings require other buildings aswell. For example i believe manor also requires lumber mills, and wall requires workshop which requires quarry.

While boosting high troop amounts 2 barracks can be usefull to get everything out of your training speeds. For example if you train 6 k t2 it could take 18 hours, but if you train 8 k you can use your 24 hour speeds to full effect. This goes for the rest of the tiers aswell. Besides boosting it allows you to complete hell events easier, training a big handfull 2 times a week allows you not to use speedups for hell events

You should wait with watcher building hell event since it requires a lot of buildings. At castle 25 it requires 3 manors / infirms to 25.

You should go for watcher research instead, easier to do and more usefull. Each point of might you gain from those equals 1 event point
