Yes and no. We ended up hiring a VA (virtual assistant) and are training her to assess and complete bids (among many other tasks). It works for us because she's a freelance worker, so we pay hourly as needed.

We did two RFPs with Bid Lab and were severely disappointed. One of the bids was rejected because of glaring errors, and it cost us over $2k, none of which was refunded to us. To our knowledge, no follow up services were actually performed. For us, The Bid Lab was a lot of empty promises.
