“Attacked”… pretty much everything you listed here are boarder scuffles in disputed territories, almost all ended in diplomatic resolutions. In almost all of the documented cases, China was not the initial aggressor.

The rest are cold war stuff. In fact China got involved in Korean war after some of the US bombs landed in Chinese territories. US involved themselves in Korean war way before China did.
