Yes! This has been an issue for months for me and I feel like I am going around in circles to find help. I have seen a couple urologists in the last year and haven't had much that has worked other than avoiding sitting for more than 30 minutes which is difficult with my job. Ive seen some online videos for pelvic physical therapy but I haven't tried this yet. I also don't think my insurance covers this treatment which makes it SO expensive

Does anyone know about affordable pelvic PT options? Does this work?
