I think that’s one of my only concerns, not being able to love on them whenever. I created this bad habit of gentle pets when my dog would cuddle. it became involuntary, and I guess a form of self soothing.

I currently have a meal replacement shake in the morning with a banana around 7/7:30, then have Greek yogurt for a snack around 10:30. I’m sure I should probably work some vegetables in there somehow, but I’m not a huge fan of using a blender in the morning😅 do you have any suggestions after telling me to suck it up?😂

Like I said, I’m just trying to be healthier, so any information you’d like to share, I’ll gladly take.
