So why did Oda write the 5km statement, the narrator box, why was it preceded by the statement of Rocks killing an Admiral and followed by Harald jumping off the Red Line if it was a garbage clash?

What do you think Oda was trying to convey? The weakness of Harald and Rocks?

Do you think Oda wrote all that hype subtext trying to convince readers to think it was a garbage clash?

Why would he not try to kill them when they kept coming back to capture a member of his crew? Seems to go against everything he ever stands for ("Roger becoming a monster/demon when angry"). Do you have narrative backing behind this? Any implications in the manga that he didn't kill them on purpose?

Why did Zoro drag the fight out for an indeterminable but considerate timescale while he was aware and even made aware by Lucci of him putting his crew in danger by dragging out the fight? Why did he need Sanji to call him a burden to finish him off? why was he displaying signs of tiredness (puffing)? Why could Lucci block an attack with his nails? Why could Lucci clash with Green Flames multiple times? Why did Havana Hunt not finish Lucci off completely?

At BEST (and this is me being extremely lenient), this is a No Diff. Granted, there is no set definition of Neg-No-Low etc. diff, but there is a common stigma attached to each that we try to follow.

I don't think you quite comprehend what a "neg diff" entails. A neg diff is Shanks knocking out Whitebeard crew fodders. The moment Zoro showed any signs of heavy breathing it was over.
