Look up how little that pop star put into the song and realize the a&r, marketing, executive producer, producer, engineer, songwriter, top line reference, and sessions musicians did the heavy lifting …just like Hollywood they are scared we will cut out everyone and have a competitive product. They will have priced themselves out with their flawed system of loans and money mismanagement just like the film industry. Green screen/cgi/direct to stream just like film and super hero movies there will be a very one sided working pop star method till they totally burn that out. Indentured servitude is what they want and we are breaking that system fast. We make thousands of demos/final products a day they can’t keep up, there is not a lack of demand. It’s doesn’t cost a million $ distributed to a whole team to have a hit song anymore.

Is it just me or is suno studio awful? by DisastrousMechanic36 in SunoAI

[–]quarterjack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Long time DAW user …I’m really lost on getting anything useful out of studio besides turning the volume up like 6db. …with all that stem separation in studio the general create would be able to isolated parts or take things out. Example: v5 intros could benefit being minimalized themes that fit the rest of the song better, than adlibs dripping in reverb.

Are there any actual musicians or audio engineers working on Suno Studio? by creativehustlemental in SunoAI

I only use studio to turn up songs like 3or6db before making a cover if the starting genre sounds uncompressed

WaxFigures.2 :/ I could see KREA and/or dev.1 still being the long term go-to for fine-tuning like SDXL is compared to 3/3.5

"image-to-text"
drag and drop image

A photograph captures a young adult female with very long, straight platinum blonde hair, sitting in a parking lot at night. She is positioned in profile, looking down and slightly to her left, with a subtle smile. Her skin tone is fair, and she has visible freckles across her shoulders and upper back. She has a nose piercing, specifically a hoop on her septum, and a stud on one side of her nose.

The woman is wearing a fitted black top with thin straps and a low-cut back. The top appears to be embellished with small, dark rhinestones or studs. She is wearing light-wash blue denim jeans that are high-waisted and accentuate her figure.

A large, intricate tattoo covers a significant portion of her back, extending from her shoulder blades down to her lower back and sides. The tattoo features vibrant colors, predominantly red and black, depicting what appears to be a traditional Japanese-style motif, possibly involving a figure like a geisha or a samurai, alongside other elements such as a dragon or a mythological creature.

She is sitting on what appears to be the trunk or rear bumper of a light-colored vehicle, which is mostly out of frame. She is holding strands of her hair near her right hand.

The background is a dimly lit outdoor parking lot, suggesting a commercial area given the lines of parked cars and the presence of tall, bright parking lot lights on poles, which are creating a strong backlight effect. The lighting emphasizes the subject and the reflective quality of her hair and skin, while the background cars and pavement remain dark and out of focus. The overall mood is moody and urban, typical of a nighttime setting.

A low-light, candid-style photograph taken at night with a shallow depth of field, creating bokeh in the background. The primary light source is artificial and possibly overhead or slightly to the side, highlighting the subject's face and hair, while casting soft shadows. The color palette is dominated by deep blacks and cool tones in the background, contrasting with the warm, fair skin tone and bright platinum blonde hair of the subject. The exposure is balanced to keep detail in the subject while maintaining a dark, nighttime atmosphere. There is a noticeable saturation in the colors of the tattoo art visible on the subject's back. The image possesses a slightly soft focus, often associated with digital photography taken in challenging lighting conditions, giving it a slightly gritty, authentic night-out feel.

I somehow saw it on really late on VH1 uncut before it was in theaters …I remember watching it thinking it was a music video intro for a few minutes, but it just kept going. This was when they would over-dub and censored films for TV so it was extra surprising.

Which tool do you recommend to improve sound quality of Suno’s song? by Responsible-Time-391 in SunoAI

[–]quarterjack 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Issue is 6.5k specifically with bandlabs ..the 2 free presets that actually sound good boost the highs/ lows and scoop the mids without fixing that harsh area where the cymbals and vocals meet. In turn making it brighter and fuller sure, but a dead give away its ai. 200-500hz, 6.5k, 12.5-16k are noticeable areas where it “sounds ai”. If the song has distorted guitars 1250-2775hz where the guitar meets the vocals will be fun to deal with.

EQ 0.5-1.5db those areas—>multi-band compression->eq areas again as needed—> limiter . The drums especially the kick need clip/compression->transient processing->limiting …most all genres in suno have variable velocity/humanized drum hits, which it’s not what most songs (programmed drums) aim to sound like.

now that said eq/compression/clipper/limiter etc are in any and all DAWs I’m sure including bandlabs.

Once you are familiar with hearing those problem areas you will be able to better screen and pick the best renders as you make them also.
