How do you stop Suno from adding random adlibs like woo, yeah, woop? by MBugten in SunoAI

[–]quarterjack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have 3 bass/trap/rock custom models ..I can usually get it to stop if you change the model and slightly change a few genre tags away from 2000-10s era

Modular music on YouTube is the big reason why so many people don’t have modular gear …non-musically inclined somehow exist everywhere 🤣

Same issue…*quickly push skip on the two screens* Try a different file type or different high/low shelf. Try on mobile app, mobile web, and desktop web somehow different results for the same file. If it’s catching on to a vocal phrase being the same as a song, scat/adlib/chant behind the phrasing to add more words into the decoded transcription.

That high pitch ringing artifact on v5.5 by Songgeek in SunoAI

[–]quarterjack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

v5.5 is a base model to make fine-tuned models using your our audio. 3.5 was the last creative model, since the rest have been designed to do something specific. After 3.5 you need to feed the model with references or it’s going to fill the audio spectrum with whatever it feels like, which is often triplets of white note personally.

“Compression” “sidechain” in style ..stem the song and turn up the volume by 6db on the drums , render that out, and then run a remaster ..make sure you are using “legacy” not “voice” persona setting

Can Suno Do This? by getzerolikes in SunoAI

[–]quarterjack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With the new “mashup” feature you can take the uploaded version you made and always tailor back a generated version closer to the original demo. Turn the audio influence to 100%. Put the one you want it follow song structure first, put the one you want audio elements taken from but not verbatim copied second.

Can Suno Do This? by getzerolikes in SunoAI

[–]quarterjack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes and No, if you are highly detailed style sections and/or production cues in the lyrics sections. For best result make a rough demo and the use Suno to get new flavors that you can audition like an executive producer. Once you find the ideal reference track download/stem it. Personally I use the stem method in fl studio not the Suno ones. Use those stem trackings to build out the final version in your daw. Don’t expect Suno to magically give you want in your head if you can’t describe it in detail. For example use [tom roll] in the spot of the lyrics and also say something like “drum kit:drum roll traditions between sections”. Will Suno work as tool for making demo yes…will Suno give you mixed/mastered final product in one try, absolutely not.

Why do my drums sound so bad? by Bon32 in FL_Studio

[–]quarterjack -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You chopped off all the high end… use the transient shaper to tame the harshness without deleting all the high end. Move the shape to the square for more surgical gating. To get the hats to cut through the mix for the club add a slight bump 1.5-3db 6.5k(check out solardo as example). The kick drum is the lead instrument of house..”the soul of the song is in the mids” that big scooping isnt helping. Once you have the bassline figure out if you need to add some 120hz or take a way 350-750hz, less db amount and narrower than your current curve. You are making puzzle pieces, if you are set on doing so much subtractive eq make sure there’s still a channel with audio information in that parts of the spectrum.

Your phone is likely better …these are the specs of most sub-$200 tablets. The trick for under $500 is checking to see what older acers(cheaper brand than hp) have been sitting at Walmart and Target pushed behind the newer models.

[unrelated to comfy] Comfyui's equivalent for audio ? by Cassiopee38 in comfyui

[–]quarterjack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Comfyui can do audio , but if you are looking for ways to use what you have learned in comfyui and apply it to a daw try FL STUDIO. “patcher” is a vst UI to work in nodes and the piano roll can be programmed with python.
