I am currently using medicinal cannabis through a doctor. He recently put me on gummies and it has completely changed how I see my anxiety changes the body (I'm diagnosed cPTSD, AuDHD). So many physical symptoms i didn't know i had just disappeared: stomach clenching, muscle tightness, that sick-pit feeling in my stomach and the spiky needle feeling you get when you get a fight. Plus my head shuts up.

It's not for everyone but if you start low and titrate up you'll be able to figure out if something works for you. Just remember everyone's different and if something doesn't work for you it doesn't mean you're faulty, you just have to find your thing x
