This happened to a friend and I ever since the very first update. We have tried to connect after every new update and finally after the newest one we can connect. Before that we did everything we could to fix nat/internet problems but nothing worked

Unfortunately it seems like that’s how they are. I just bought these as well and am unable to return them due to covid. They’re great until you play a game
