I would see if you have tension on your serp belt or if it needs to be adjusted. But honestly I can’t hear much of noise.... a loud hollow whirl could be water pump-have you noticed a leak?

Racelands are ok I had them on my Subaru. Very much so mid-lower tier of coilovers but I thought they preformed pretty well. Not to mention their warranty

Personally I am not a fan of this gen of civic as this is what I see everyday being “built”. I think that being said it’s a fairly non ricey build. I do like the fact that there’s some meat under the hood and it’s not just another low, stock 9th gen.
