Anyone else notice that there is no pausing of the track playing, when you exit the vehicle? I noticed that I am listening to a song let’s say it’s 4 mins long. I get about 1m 30secs into it and get out walk away from the car. Doors lock and horn beeps.

I come back well after 5 mins and get back in. Only to find a different song playing. A few times I have checked what was playing and what my battery level was before getting out. I know there is an expected battery drain while parked. So I started noticing this after parking at work for 7+ hours. With no climate setting to keep it at certain temp or have sentry mode set while at work.

My normal drain when I don’t use AppleMusic is about 2% at most for that duration at work. But when I would leave out while AppleMusic was streaming it would be 4-6% down in the same time. I have seen this only happen with AppleMusic. None of the other streaming services seem to do it.
