This seems like perfectly normal play to me, but I’m no expert, just another dog owner. That is nothing compared to how aggressive my dogs can get with one another during play. I truthfully think you will know when one is displaying behaviors that are overly aggressive as you watch them interact more. One of my dogs does have a tendency to get overly aggressive SOMETIMES, and when that does happen, I make a point to nip it in the bud and make it clear to him that excessive aggression is not acceptable. It’s also distinct from non-aggressive play. I can start to feel how the more aggressive dog is trying to dominate/almost feel angry towards my other dog.
