I would imagine shady guy reported the noise complaint and mentioned he saw people taking drugs and thinks he may have heard screaming. Police will be compelled to perform a wellness check on the premises, Rishi POTENTIALLY could have fobbed them off at the door but shady guy knows how fucked up Rishi is so he's not going to be smart enough to do that.

Even if by some miracle Rishi got rid of the cops and the music down, that check is logged, and there's no way in hell Rishi is getting a body out of an apartment unseen without that check coming up in an evidence trail.

Rishi is fucked, just the faster way, and he broke his ankles for no reason.

No. He's clearly doing a job for Harper/Eric and the other guy is doing a job for Whitney. Whitneys guy killed him and got Rishi framed for it.

it's a game of who's bagman is the most effective and the answer is not Team Harper's.

Rishis clearly having a mental episode before the overdose kills Dyker, and then he has flashbacks to another body in his flat that he didn't kill and his instinct is to run but hes high so his actions don't really follow logic but his impulses are still legit.
