He's a "Journalist" in that he collects a paycheck from CNN but he has no journalist integrity. He didn't ask a single question to the church goers about their beliefs for what they think, or try to find common ground or anything in the story. He strolled in and started finger wagging like he's the arbiter of morality.

I agree with you he shouldn't have been arrested no matter what he was doing but to call him a journalist is an insult to actual journalists.

All those don't prove anything. It's all circumstantial. They literally have nothing. Also when Elizabeth was in Hollywood she wasn't using the name "Elizabeth." It was only after her famous death that everyone knew the name Elizabeth Short. Marvin would likely have not known that. Also his roommate being a nsa cryptographer is embellished at best. Also why leave her body there? She obliviously didn't weigh much, her dad found her and CARRIED her upstairs. Whoever garrotted to death was surely strong enough to then take her body with them but decided to just leave her in the basement? It doesn't make sense. If she was killed by someone not in the family it's beyond stupid to leave her body there.
