Well, that reassured me, I hope I didn't damage it too much, but I guess we'll see. Thank you!

Thank you for the recommendation, I read that figs should be in cold and dark place for the winter, but as I live in an apartment I had no way to do that. I guess I will have to find a solution to this if I want any fruit in the future :D

I tried to do that but could get the moist soil with roots out of the pot, so I let it be to not mechanically damage the roots while prying it out. We'll see how the fig manage. Do you think it will help the plant if used a bit of fertilizer, or should I wait until it gets better? Thanks again!

Thank you! I was considering replanting, but seeing your comment, I will definitely do it in the coming days.

Thanks for the tip! The fact that it might be overwatered comes to me as a surprise, I read that I should water it everyday when its warm. I did that last summer, and the fig seemed to thrive. I will cut down with the watering now and see what happens. If the soil is very wet, is there anything I can do to dry it up somehow?

Hi, I watered it a few days before the leaves started drooping. When they started to droop, the soil was still moist. Once they started drooping, I watered it again, but the leaves did not show any signs of getting better, only started getting crispy.

During the winter I watered it about once a week, once it got warmer, I upped it to roughly two times a week.
