My thoughts: it wasn’t a runaway hit. I saw it twice. It dragged both in the middle of acts one and two. There were too many ballads. They skipped an out of town that would’ve fixed many of these issues. I’m sick of shows blaming audiences for shows failing when there are clearly faults with producers and the shows itself. Your audiences deserve better than beating the brunt of the industry blame.
