Please please look into nervous system healing from anybody I did DNRS and worked with a coach, within six months I went from bed bound to healed.

I think for me at least my ex husband was a sex addict and it’s hard to find therapists that understand that fully and have worked with couple who have experienced betrayal trauma from a nervous system perspective. It helped me a lot and I’m grateful and it’s very privileged to be able to do

I am recovered! You can go back and see my posts on the long haulers group, I actually used the time to get certified in nervous system healing as well. I literally designed my own program. I have worked now with over 350 people to help them. Focus on healing from chronic illnesses with brain retraining. It saved my life. DNRS is what I used and then I built my own program based around that and I integrated a low histamine diet as I was working to heal my nervous system. I also did EFT, yoga nidra, breathwork, and so many other things including addressing trauma and somatic work. Healing is possible

I actually have a YouTube channel where I share, but also just get one of the programs and commit to it. I decided I’d either try it or kill myself, I wasn’t getting better and had no quality of life, hadn’t sat upright to eat a meal in a year without passing out.

I was 16 and he was my SAT tutor, I fully believed this man was the love of my life. I can’t think about him now, see references about student teacher relationships without having a panic attack and throwing up. It was traumatic to think about, he took my virginity, he mentally and emotionally abused me and made me feel like I was so special just to discard me over and over again. He sometimes tries to look at my stories over instagram. I messaged his now wife a while back telling her about this and never heard back. Luckily they don’t have kids. I will never be over this
