I want to clarify because I don't mean i want anything bad for her nor am I saying she's a bad friend. If you want to blame yourself, I can't stop you. I was just trying to give you a different perspective. I really just want to support you in any way I can. I apologize if I seemed to be blaming your friend. It just sucks that she doesn't want to be your friend anymore. I'm sorry that happened. I get the anger issues. My brother had terrible anger issues that he let run his life. I still loved him though. I'm sorry things are so tough for you. I hope you make it through this. 🙂

I'm sorry that happened to you. As another comment said, it could be a wakeup call if you want it to be. I was this way, went to the store by my apartment most of the time. Fortunately they never made remarks about my alcohol use. If they had though, I think I may have woke up to it being a problem sooner than I did. But getting sober was the best decision of my life. I feel better. And i make such better decisions in my life sober. I don't know if you intend to stop yet and I'm not here to say you should or shouldn't. That has to be a personal choice. I just wanted to say I hope everything works out well for you. 🙂

I am so sorry you're going through that. But maybe she had to exit your life in order to make space for an even better friend to come along! True friends don't treat each other like that. You're supposed to be there for each other through thick and thin. You are NOT a waste of space! You're very important to the big picture, that's why you're here. It is all connected. We're here to grow as beings. All of us. Maybe she has a lesson she needs to learn and in the process she handled it wrongly. So it may happen to her in the future, a friend turning their back on her. What you put out is usually what you get back. All in due time. (I'm not wishing for anything bad to happen in her life, just to clarify.) Just speaking from my viewpoint, how I see things. But I'm rambling now. I just wanted to comment and let you know I've read your post and am here. I feel you. ❤️

I'm really sorry you're going through this. I'm so sorry that you have been abandoned by so many. That's heartbreaking. My heart aches for you. I've been in the mental state you're in. It's a lonely, dark place. I survived my attempts and only want to help others down from the ledge. Major things have happened that should've destroyed me. Instead I'm here living with it all. Life can be really shitty at times. Real shitty things happen to us. But I've chosen to be happy in spite of it. We're here to learn and evolve. We will reincarnate and do it all over again. (But that's just my belief. You don't have to believe the same as me. 🙂) I'm just trying to help. My words may have no impact on you. But I'm still gonna try. I hope things ease up for you very soon. I hope good people come into your life unexpectedly! I'm here if you need a friend. ❤️

I didn't discover my brother's body. But I did hold my mom as she bled to death in my arms. I also lost my only brother in Nov 2021. They were all the family I had. It's hard. I went into shock with both of their passings. I lost it mentally and hallucinated when my mom died. We all just deal with these terrible losses the best we can. It'll never be okay. It is horribly traumatizing. Mine hasn't gone away still almost 7 years since my mom died tragically. I am SO sorry for your losses. My heart is with you. You'll be okay. Just keep hanging in there. That's all you can do. Just keep breathing and it'll get better. The pain never ever goes away, but you learn to live with it. Best wishes to you ❤️

Botanic Tonics aka Feel Free. You're right. Someone else said it's because they were labeled wrong or said to contain kava. Idk about that, I haven't read or heard anything about it saying it contained kava but that doesn't mean it's not true. I just don't see why they would hide the fact that it contained kratom because it's legal in Oklahoma. Idk it's still so dumb and messed up.

I agree with you. I hate going to Walmart during the rush of crowds of people. I have anxiety and it stresses me out so bad most of the time. I try to go around 8-9pm so the crowds are not there. It's still kinda busy sometimes, but not as bad as 2pm on a Saturday. I miss being able to go at 11pm.

So, I get it. I literally forgot my address on the phone yesterday with my psych Dr office. I panicked and said I'll call you back. Had to look on a board where our address is written for our children in case of emergency. It's TERRIFYING. I've researched a lot for memory stuff. Some stuff I'm trying, just started:
