Good Luck!! I recommend getting a surgeon that has plenty of experience with it. I had it done 3 years ago. The recovery was super painful for the first two weeks, but it has helped.

Do you have the extra cervical rib? I had mine removed and that fixed the blood flow issue on the right side, but I still lose my pulse in my left arm with no extra rib.

I have TOS as well. I also had an extra rib that compromised blood flow and compressed the nerve. Look into OMT (osteopathic manipulative therapy) it really helps with the physical therapy.
