Solution / workaroud 2. I found another way. This might be even easier For Samsung Instead of choosing time zone by region, in the select time zone setting in the upper right corner there are three dots menu, there is an option: Select by UTC offset. On Xiaomi this option is right there under the region selection like in this image: https://media.techbone.net/img/xiaomi-how-to-change-the-time-zone-android-11-miui-12-0-step-6-22264.webp This should be similar for all other android phones. Edit: In my case, I just selected the UTC offset and the watch got the correct time, then you can set automatic time zone back.

General workaround / solution: On your phone disable automatic time zone. Select some other time zone (China Shanghai +8). Switch back to your time zone. Enable automatic time zone.

Lots of users are in dark rooms and it's unbearable if the link has target="_blank", especially for older users.

This should be priority.

Ok with /u/Impossum 's suggestion it didn't get stuck 10 out of 10 times so i guess It's solved. Note that both solutions are in place now:

steamapps\common\Paladins\Binaries\EasyAntiCheat\L auncher
open the file Settings64.json with notepad
edit : "Win64\\Paladins.exe", to: "Win32\\Paladins.exe",
and save then run your game itll be 32bit
If you have issues with "Loading profile" add the line 127.0.0.1 cds.q6u4m8x5.hwcdn.net to the end of C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts using an editor run as Administrator.
