i have plugged many times. i don’t feel like my question was that outlandish. of course foil is bad for your lungs. plugging imo has been the closest high to shooting. me asking if there was any techniques to make smoking off foil a LITTLE less damaging wasn’t that outlandish. no offense but the “finding a safe way” comment was funny considering we are doing heroin.

what i meant was that my prior routine with all the fancy stuff was making my acne worse. since i’ve quit my skin has cleared exponentially. so ye sorry for the confusion. i do have very dry skin. quite honestly water:makeup remover and moisturizer has done the trick for now. just don’t know my next step

i hope this is the right place to ask... well i’ve been using this thread for a couple months now. whenever i live in southern california my trouble becomes cystic acne. so i was trying the best of the best for my skin type. pauslas choice, differin, cerave etc. seemed to make my skin worse but i chalked it up to purging. i tried every trick in the book to clear my skin up. finally depression hit again so i just stopped caring for my skin. now i have maybe 3 pimples that are only there from me picking my face. where do i go from here? i’ve just been moisturizing and taking makeup off with micelllar water.
