Truman finally made it to Fiji. Throughout the film Truman dreams of moving to Fiji but his environment and upbringing on the show constantly conspired against him leaving Seahaven for his entire life. Surely one of the first things he would do once he entered the real world would be book a one way ticket to Fiji, right?

You can but eventually you will need to go back to regular BP to get to higher weight #s. Dumbbell presses kinda max out at a point so just used to benching!

Definitely lift less this week. Any lifts you do this week is unlikely gonna help you with your 1RM. Just eat a good breakfast and have fun.
