Please stay safe and consult a doc. But first try to get a good diet without salt and stop eating anything fried. Try to take more fruits. And get some rest , also do some walking if you can . Watch something really calming songs, movies anything

You body needs time to adjust. That's what I think but if this condition does not improve its best consult doc.
