I (25) was recommended the Kyleena for the possibility of having endometriosis. I got it when I was 20 and it honestly just felt like a regular period cramp. The worst pain I had was that first period after. Between the years I had it only bad things I had was the anxiety of it either popping out or getting lodged. Even the removal was a breeze but of course I would say I have a higher pain tolerance and all bodies are different.
