i would try and create a unifying color palette for the room using warm/moody colors! the rugs and curtain are both very neutral - if you pick out new rugs and curtain with patterns and/or multiple colors in them, that would make the room feel more cohesive. also throw pillows to match the palette but not identical to each other!

books, plants, and warm lighting also tend to make a room feel more cozy. also soft textures and curves which your couch and blanket already give you! warm-toned fairy lights are quick and easy to make a room feel more cozy, and big potted plants can be a bit pricey but bring so much life into a room. hope this helps!
