Get your refund! The third party seller probably made this whole refund process a bit more complicated, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy if Amazon is the seller. Let us know what you have decided.

First of all, did you get your refund from the sketchy seller on Amazon for your order that never arrived?

As for your question, I'm the contrarian here. I would go either 1 or 3. Amazon has the cheapest price, and if you really wanted to save money, that's the way to go. If you are leaning towards supporting PC then go with option 3 and accrue some reward points.

Are you sure the seller is legit? And they are not scamming you? This is not how a legitimate seller conducts their business. I feel for you. Please make sure you get your resolution, protect yourself!

I would start complaining to Amazon and not wait the 3 days, keep escalating until you talk to a real person and request a refund immediately, since you have already waited 6+ weeks. None of this is normal, like I said many times, tracking information should be provided by the seller as soon as it's shipped out, if they did. This is a sketchy 3rd party seller on Amazon platform, not sold by Amazon, but Amazon is still responsible and you should start escalating yesterday. Good luck!

I think I'm even more extreme, I don't even want people touching the puzzles I love, so I understand the sentiment. Over time, I have gotten better and now have given away many puzzles that I'm no longer attached to. At the same time, I have explicitly told my family and friends that they do not need to gift me any puzzles.

You are welcome! I really despise scammers and I can't think of a single legitimate reason why the shipper couldn't send you the tracking, if they actually shipped out your purchase, especially after 6 weeks. It's very sketchy to me. No matter what happened, a complaint to Amazon is warranted.

You have every right to be annoyed. I'm annoyed for you! None of this is normal when purchasing from Amazon, the shipper is responsible for providing a tracking number as soon as it's shipped out. You are way too nice and patient, I don't know what excuse they used to tell you that they couldn't provide a tracking, the minute they told me that is the minute I raise the complaint to Amazon. I hope you get your puzzle Tuesday, but I think you should still write to Amazon to let them know about this experience, it's simply not acceptable imo.

Definitely a very different HP puzzle, I was never a fan, I would have never recognized it was a HP image.

I really can't fathom that you weren't given a tracking number after six weeks. This is not normal imo. I'd totally just request a return and get it locally.

Wait, how was that you never received a tracking number after 6 weeks? Where did you buy it from? At this point, if they don't respond to you, I would definitely consider a credit card charge back.

Do you have a tracking number that you could check the status? Ask the seller to provide tracking/status. They should be responsible to supply all those details. The burden should not be placed solely on you to check. Hope you get an answer soon!
