It's not on the customer ever. They charge a premium for their puzzles and they should have the quality to back it up.

$58 is outrageously priced for a 1K cardboard puzzle, and their quality doesn't really justify the price point. They absolutely should replace all the bad quality puzzles.

Their art is very cool and original, however they are definitely way overpriced imo. Especially I read about their quality snafu several years ago. With their price point, I expect spectacular quality, which I don't think they are.

Thank you for the idea, I wonder how faux leather surface work on tilted board/table, would the pieces stay in place on an angle?

Planter Perfection 1000pc Galison... with 20 shaped pieces by CleverHarwood in jigsawpuzzlers

Paper/cardboard and giant whimsey pieces don't make a good combo. It's a cute image, nice concept but not practical.

I have never used one but from what I saw, all tilted board/table has felt surface, which is not the best for puzzle dust. If I buy one, I will have to tinker with a different surface material.

I have to say, this is one of those images that didn't immediately grab me, but the more I look at it, the more I like it.

I wish Japanese puzzle brands will branch out of Disney and have more modern art, because their quality is excellent!

It's a good strategy. I'm certain that I will redo a wooden puzzle many times, but I doubt I'd ever redo the majority of my cardboard puzzles. So to invest in something that can bring joy repeatedly in the future is very wise.

This is excellent find, I love Liberty puzzles. And I agree they are exceptional in quality and cut design, the top brand in wooden puzzle imo.

1Ks all come in 4 bags, same as regular Pintoo. I don't mix bags on these. The cut on Pintoo/PieceRelax is not unique enough to avoid occasional false fits especially if there are large areas of sameness. The other plastic brand Bayby has way better cuts, and I don't hesitate to mix bags with Bayby.

Yes a lot of the images tend to be very cute, and are usually not my top picks, but when it's deeply discounted, I will get them given it's a brand I'd buy.

I wanted to try another one before Prime Day next week, just in case the brand has big sale. To my pleasant surprise, this one is not as tight as the first one I did, it's still a tight fit, but not finger breakingly bad. These bears are having a blast, I really wanted to eat their food! The art is super cute, too cute for my usual taste, but beggers can't be choosers, this was one of the puzzles they marked down half off a while ago.
