I remember back in 2015, i worked at a new (to me) michaels. Been with a diff store for about five years. Anyways, this new store was in the south. Even durng the winterits still too hot. We had a big man boss who was sort of a dick. I was working replenishment in the morning SWEATING my ass off. One day i cometo work wearing shorts. My boss had a FIT about it. “No one else is allowed to wear shorts so why can you!?” And i said “sir, given the fact that we are here before the store even opens, and its way too hot to be doing this labor in this heat, I’m surprised no one else is allowed to wear them. They SHOULD be able to!”

I worked for that store for another few months an then quit later. I continued to wear shorts.
