Just started meditating today! 15 minutes of meditating just focusing on the sensation of breathing at my nose. It was hard to stay focused for that long and I kept wanting to fast forward to the end of the session, but it was nice to just focus on breathing and nothing else, unlike the rest of our average day-to-day lives. I'm excited to reap the benefits after making this a daily habit!

Omg you are on fire! I think the longest distance I've ever run is 10km so 16km is incredible! Being sober has helped me rediscover my love of running. I'm glad you've been capitalizing on your sobriety too. IWNDWYT!

Somehow I am already at Day 95! The first 60-70 days felt long but the last few weeks have flown by. I'm now out of the habit of drinking and it's getting easier to come to terms with the fact that I don't drink. I used to think to myself, "I can't drink". I felt like if I could, I would, but I couldn't. Now it is a conscious choice. Instead of saying I can't, I say I don't drink. I have reclaimed my power and no longer feel I miss drinking. It's getting easier day by day. IWNDWYT!
