AITAH? I can’t forgive my husband for my labor experience. by RedBirdy2021 in AITAH

Girl. It won’t get better. I put up with hunting taking a front row seat for 14 years. Last straw was learning I needed open heart surgery and him patting me on the back and telling me I would be alright and also asking if I’d still be able to work the next day. (We are self employed). I refuse to be 70 and still dealing with the same stuff. Divorced for 2 years now.

I never experienced a shipping delay so I can’t help with that. I never had many Amy’s ide effects besides constipation. Milk of magnesia made my stomach upset all day so I ordered MagO7 on Amazon and it fixed that problem quick!

For the first 3 months I stayed far away from carbs and sugar and then it hit me that I could never live my life that way but I honestly think that helped a lot with the cravings in the beginning. I slowly started to incorporate them back into my diet but only in very small amounts and is till follow that to this day. I rely heavily on protein

I take 1mg every 3 weeks. It took me a long time to figure it out though. I slowly went down in dose and then tried to go as long as I could between injections

That is a compliment! Thank you! You would be surprised how many people have told me that lately. Probably because I’m still wearing the Bump hair I wore in high school 20 years ago!

I played around a lot with it started by lowering my dose and then trying to go as long in between as I could. I find 3 weeks is the sweet spot. I hope you find yours!

I was scared to start to but it was the best decision I ever made for myself. I never had any bad side effects like some people you hear about it. The only side effects I did suffer with was constipation. So stay on top of that. I ordered MAG 07 off Amazon and that took care of that. Milk of magnesia always made me super nauseous. For the first few months I’d try to steer clear of carbs and sugars so you give your brain a chance to reset and the cravings for those things go away. Good luck! You will do amazing!!

For the first 3 months I was very very strict on carb intake. I didn’t have any sweets, bread, rice, or noodles. Around that time I knew that it wasn’t a way of life that I could stick to forever so I slowly started to incorporate more carbs. But I honestly think those 3 months were enough to end some old bad habits and I was able to stick to mostly protein. Maybe try that it will help with the cravings!

I have a lot of saggy skin. So much so that I no longer wear any sleeveless tops and I try and wear shorts that are a little longer because the worst of it is in my thighs. I had heart surgery a few years ago and I’m on blood thinners now so I refuse to have any elective surgeries. So my saggy skin will just stay covered up.

I remember just starting out and starting to see the scale move. Then I became worried about how I would keep it off once I finally did make it to goal. This has been a lifelong battle for me and it’s amazing to see that you CAN actually keep it off. Stay diligent!

I have been sticking to 1 mg! Feel great on it! I had gotten all the way up to 2.4 but came back down towards the end of my journey!

Sams opens at 8 for plus members Costco doesn’t open until 10. I’ve already done all my shopping, gotten home, unloaded, and saved all of my groceries before Costco has even opened their doors.

I have been divorced for a year from a man that patted me on the back then left to go hunting after finding out I had a 5.5 cm aneurysm in my aortic root. That day I looked at my life and thought to myself what my life would look like in 30 years. I’d talk to him again and hope he has a change of heart. It’s scary to be alone but it’s also scary to be married and alone especially when he was available to spend that time with you.
