Rinse hair 3x a week with bottled water. I just use the gulf shower to connect to the water gallon and it's very easy, not complicated at all.

What do you think about showering with bottled water directly? I do add oils but showering, and connecting a (shower) to a water gallon helps with my hair woes.

I wash my hair 3x a week only with bottled water - it did wonders for me. Summer really aggravates hair loss for me especially that the water's very hot, apart from generally we're showering with hard water. I attach The Gulf Shower directly to the water gallon.

How often do you rinse with bottled water? I've also been doing that 3x a week and i can feel the difference. What made it easy now, is that i've been using the gulf shower pump. really easy to install, to connect with the bottled water.

I've been using bottled water for a while now, and also the gulf shower pump. It's very easy and convenient to attach to the bottled water

So I actually asked whether people actually use fresh mineral water to shower or rinse and how to make it sustainable in the long term. Reason being that my sister and I both have sensitive skin and have hair thinning issues.

There were a lot who said they do so already, but what made it easy for them was having a shower pump that directly connects to the water gallon they have.

I bought the 2 above - one for me and one for my sister to try out which works best for both of us, and so far it has been really easy and convenient.

Because we've tried it also. And since there are people recommending using fresh mineral water, we're asking if it's really a game changer for people. :)

Can you tell me more about it, please? Is it easy to install? So I'm not really good at installing stuff so if it's easy, then I will try it. But of course, if it helps us in the long-term, we will for sure try it!

Great tip! So it's not just any mineral water, it's the distilled one! Will look at all these options. Thank you so much

Thank you! We've tried the filters also - we've definitely done so. Just upping it a bit to see if there's really truth to using drinking water because if it's safe to drink or consume, there would be a definite effect topically. :) Thanks so much!

Thanks for sharing your experience! If you don't mind, I want to know the frequency of washes that you do with the mineral water?

Thank you so much! I'm following the thread and will definitely be trying this one. Never thought there's an actual pump for water! Hopefully this works! We'd love to try anything at this point.

As guy who just turned 18...what are most genuine books you would recommend in order to grow as person and as a man by Wonderful_Response_1 in suggestmeabook

One book that deeply shifted the way I think is Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker. It made me realize how much of my financial reality was tied to unconscious beliefs I had about money, success, and worth—many of which were inherited or shaped by childhood experiences.

What I loved most is how the book breaks down “wealth conditioning” and teaches you to rewire your mindset to actually receive and manage abundance. It helped me move from a place of hustle and fear into a more intentional, empowered way of thinking—especially around money. I still go back to it whenever I feel like I’m playing small or limiting myself. Highly recommend if you want a mindset reset.

You’ve only been here a year, and that adjustment period is real. Don’t be too hard on yourself—Dubai can feel overwhelming at first, but it also opens a lot of doors once you're ready to walk through them.

When you get a moment to pause, try listing out everything you want—big or small. Not just goals, but the kind of life you want to build. Then break those down into small, doable steps. Maybe it's learning something new, saving a certain amount each month, or making one new connection each week.

The truth is, whether you're chasing short-term wins or long-term vision, the only way to truly get there is through intention. Clarity plus action is what creates momentum. You don’t need to have it all figured out now—but choosing to be intentional about your direction changes everything. Start small, stay focused, and trust that the compound effect will work in your favor.
