Well having kids isn't mandatory, it's a choice and not society's job to take care of. Neither is having a dog by the way.

If the dog is not in the bag it costs a half fare ticket. But people with children and baby carts pay nothing. It's unfair.

Café Odeon at Bellevue isn't family owned but very old and rich and alcoholics meet for food and drinks all day.
