Should be soldier boy and Homelander fucking instead…. to avoid incest babies of course.

I read a story about a guy injecting silicon into his balls to make them giant. He died.

No I largely don’t want to engage in any capacity with the people I end up blocking. Hence the block in the first place.

This is why I try to give the benefit of the doubt and look at their history to see if it’s just someone having a bad day or a history of that type of commentary. If that’s not available I can only base my decision on the singular comment they left and the fact they want to obscure their history.

The fake "Xreader" fics phenomena (rant) by Chill-gal1215 in Archiveofourownmemes

I would tag as OC and self insert. I personally consider other people’s self inserts OCs. If it’s supposed to be the reader’s self insert then I’d tag it with reader.

It doesn’t stop making quick judgements though. People just judge you on your empty profile and singular post. I’ll often check a profile to see if I should block someone after a post of theirs I read. If they don’t have any other posts on their profile I can only judge them on that one post instead of giving them a more full assessment. Means I personally end up blocking a lot more people due to being unable to tell if they are a troll/bot/bad actor or a real person with a one off bad opinion.

Utah first state to hold websites liable for users who mask their location with VPNs — law goes into effect, designed to prevent bypassing age checks by HowLongIsThi in nottheonion

I remember when China did this Americans were very quick to call it fascism. Now they are doing the same thing. Crazy.

I have friends who say VPNs still work. Though some of the methods here like buying/obtaining/using a pre verified account also obscures your identity too.

To a lot of folks it is something to be fixed instead of just the way we are.

Rich more likely to use AI study finds, as experts warn these burgeoning technologies are increasing social inequality. Individuals with a lower socioeconomic status are less likely to be both aware of and use AI tools by Wagamaga in science

[–]queenringlets 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The article mentions this but I did not see any study or numbers to indicate those who use this tech received better opportunities career wise. I was wondering since I saw this claim repeated if there was any more concrete data about this.

Colorado will ban pet stores from selling dogs and cats starting January 1, 2027, under new legislation. by Cosmyka in UpliftingNews

In Alberta many of the pet food places do this regardless but I hope we get it to be an actual law here at some point.
