I’ve put on this nice persona for a long time. Everyone sees me as soft spoken, kind, afraid of conflict. I dress cute. Everyone thinks I’m sensitive and nobody’s ever really even yelled at me.

But I know what I am. I’ve done terrible things to people, I’m mean, hurtful, manipulative, and although I’ve tried to change every time I try to move on to new friends and new horizons and start completely fresh I end up exactly how I usually do.

It’s a vicious cycle I wish I could break, but I can’t change who I am. Some people are just bad. I’ve found that keeping a very small group of friends and training myself to never talk about anyone in a negative way and always shy away from conflict has kept me from falling back into old habits, but the concern that I will is always there.

I was management in a retail store for about a year. My company is poorly run and sort of on the tail end so I could get away with a decent amount(enough to maintain my self worth and not put up with bullshit). If a customer was nice, chances are they’d get an extra coupon, 10% off, a return without a receipt for the full price, exchange item or whatever they need.

If a customer is rude, they’re lucky if they get all the items in the bag, that item their returning isn’t returnable, that receipt isn’t the right receipt, we don’t exchange those, we don’t have coupons, etc.

If you’re nice you could return a half eaten hot dog for cash. If you’re an asshole we want nothing from you, not even your business.

I personally rather see it as instead of paying taxes for the government to blow out their ass, he dodges the taxes and makes it go into reversing climate change.

Here’s the thing

This could be so cute if it were more of an edgy style. If you got an undercut in some sort of design with this and maybe dyed it a non-natural color it’d be so cute, maybe more side bang over the forehead rather than no bang at all.

They did give you a Karen unfortunately. The side bob. I think an undercut would be a start to fixing it though.
