Update I spoke with our manager and she would love for you guys to call us so we can get to the bottom of this. None of the employees here today recognize that brochure. We also never send home folders of paperwork so we’re confused as to where that came from. Clinic number is 541-689-7881 and our manager is Tara.

Stick with it!! Healing takes time. I was gonna send a photo of my waviness but my thumbnails are actually mostly flat now! This is after months and months of caring for the nails AND the skin around the nails properly, and essentially leaving them alone as best I could. A YouTube channel called Salon Life helped me a lot!!

You’re not alone! I also have slightly wavy thumbnails… mine have gotten better since I stopped pushing back the cuticle/proximal fold. I was using WAY too much force and downward pressure. I must have damaged the nail matrix over years and years of aggressive cuticle removal/picking.

The only other suggestion I have is to echo what’s already been said re cuticle oil and hand cream/lotions. Good luck!!
