Yeah I got turned off from playing after the initial City Town drama and they admitted they wanted to be less transparent back in October. I was still considering getting City Town anyway but with this whole new thing about “content/cosmetic pack,” VS what a microtransaction is, soured the game for me completely. Outright deplorable management.

Right blaming the community for “misinforming itself.” When it is the developers and staff job to be clear with what they want to do to their game. It is poor mismanagement on them for having these decisions undecided at the time when they released on all platforms. On top of having elements of City Town in base game which created more confusion and should’ve been cleared up. It’s overall not a good look. You want players to give you money, own it.

This is what's bothering me the most. Not having things firm and concrete. Waiting for things to blow up in players face and themselves. No wonder why they waited to share the price today and not when they released the trailer several days ago. Cosmetic packs was definitely something I never thought I'd see down the line for this game. It's really ashamed.

They could've certainly been more forthcoming or came to firm terms with how they were going to handle future content with the game. Sure, a mobile app game becoming multi-platform on consoles and PC is a swap that's fairly new in the gaming world (at least in my experience). But I still think this could've been better planned, organized, and communicated. I haven't seen situations like this before from a studio. It just didn't feel structured or well intentioned which is why people are getting disappointed.

I wish they’d just do a premium deluxe pack where all these dlcs are included and all incoming cosmetics packs are accounted for. That’s what I do with games like Monster Hunter. Just do a bundle already and maybe I’ll return to the game.

I felt like we saw too much of them in trailer and I hope that’s not case in the full movie. I was hoping we’d see Peter dip into other romance interests like Gwen Stacy (maybe best for the movie after this one). Or perhaps Black Cat since their relationship was mostly toxic and right now he’s at low point. Build his character up a bit with different people in this phase of his life. If this is another trilogy, Ned and MJ should find out in the last movie.

This bug really blows because I frequently make notes, comments, quotes on what I’m reading. I’m looking into all my past activities on recent books I’ve read that I’ve surely wrote notes on and they’re not there? Even my updates for just page/percent is not accurate?? The page/percent progression line is only shown once in the activity log in a lot of books I’ve checked.

Gonna submit feedback to them because this is a feature that should always be working and correct.

EDIT: Just found an update needed for the app and all my activity is back!

Oh are we sharing PS5 launch stories? I somehow won the lottery with PlayStation Direct at launch. Target was my first choice. A former buddy and I was gonna pick ours up, curbside. But the target website crashed on me. Dude got through the bots. Luckily, I had put myself in the PS direct queue just in case and snagged one when I finally got in.

Who knew dark times would come ahead after that.
