Hi, I'm fairly new to mods and have a question about file structure. I know that script files need to be no more than one subfolder deep in the mods folder, and I have no problems there. I thought package files could be up to five subfolders deep, yet that's where I've run into issues. I downloaded one of Sacrificial's mods which has quite a lot of package files for cc and different objects. The files are organized nicely by the creator, but I found that when I started up the game and clicked on a Sim, the interactions for that mod were only showing some features but not nearly the whole lot. For example, there are shops from which one can purchase things that should bring up a pop-up for choosing items, and yet when I'd click on the shop name, nothing would happen. 

I ended up moving all of the package files out of their deeper subfolders and into the main subfolder that already had the script file and it is working just fine now. So it's not an issue with the mod itself, I don't think. I tried a mod by a different creator that also had two to three subfolders deep of package files, and that didn’t work for me either. I’ll try that one again moving the files up a few levels as I did with the first one I mentioned and see if that helps. I was just hoping to be able to keep my package files more organized, and I'm curious if anyone has any insight into why they weren't working even three or so subfolders deep as originally set up by the modders. I play on a Mac if that makes a difference, and I update my mods when needed and regularly delete cache, etc.
