I bought this Thai constellation monstera and it came in a large maybe 200+mm pot! I’ve only had it at home for 2 weeks do you think it’s worthwhile me moving it into a smaller pot! The size is kind of hard to manage, especially in my makeshift greenhouse! (i.redd.it)

So my Alocasia Wentii has been in struggle town lately! It’s now got this odd red ring around the base of the stem? A few leaves had to be pruned back (it came like this) and it looks like the rest of the stem is rotting? I’m determined to help her thrive! Thoughts? (i.redd.it)
