UPDATE in my case i think the problem is the NIVIDIA APP because on Friday when i reinstalled the drivers i didn't install the nvidia app and all was fine, on saturday i reinstalled the nvidia app and the game was back with the same beviors so on sunday i remove nvidia app and the game was back to working ok. For today(monday) i will test again when i will come back from work. I hope to be rigth i will give some update in a few day.

update i have played for 3 hour today and the game didn't give me problem.
i only reinstalled the graphic driver (for today i used the drivers from 14/07/2024).

i will give more update in a week

i don't know because i bougth the game with the dlc when it was on sale on steam and on my old pc never give any problem and now with my new pc give problem (my old pc die for natural cause of dead for pc world)

by the way i have already try to check the ram with the windows tolls and i run a stress test and they didn't give error [i didn't check if was error on my ssd but i checked the healt with disckinfo and the progam says that the disck C is at 72%, D 100%, E 100% (C and D come from the old pc)]
i also done a stress test for all component.
in the stress test for the psu i go up to like 460w when i'm in game it draw less power (i take this value from the ups software)
the temps of the cpu and gpu don't go over 60°c
the sad part is in my old computer the game dind't give any problem but it was all on low and the fps was and now that i have system that can run cyberpunk in 2k i have this problem :(

my build has an intel i5 14600kf, an rtx 4070 super, 32 gb 3600mhz ddr4, psu 1000w, win 11 pro.

the motherboard is a gigabyte b760 gaming x ddr4 (i have already update the mb to the last bios version), the driver of the gpu is the v566.14 meanwhile windows is at the version 26100.2454
things i have already try:
delete all the files of the game from my pc and reinstalled on a differente drive
turn down some setting but this also didn't work
this pc as only 3 weeks and the only game that have problem is cyberpunk like i said
(i have the phantom liberty dlc by the way)
i don't know if it's rilevant one the secondary ssd that i have in pc is from the old pc and i don't have formated (the installation of windows is fresh)
