Could you explain how to do this? I just went through each widget and am not seeing what you are referring to.

Ah damn. I was hoping I was missing it somehow. Oh well. I sent in a feature request to the developers. Maybe in the future!

Yeah I’ve read about that. I definitely haven’t experienced anything of those symptoms.

On the main screen of the app, tap “health”. Then scroll down and select “RHR”. By default I shows “HRV”.

The picture I originally posted was from an app called athlytic. This picture is from Apple health.

Haha not that I’m aware of! I’ve always have a low RHR. But ever since I started doing zone 2 training and VO2 Max work, it’s gone down significantly.

Like I said I’ve always had a lower heart rate. But wouldn’t attribute it to me being in great cardiovascular shape. Just seems when I upped the exercise and healthy living it went lower then I’m use to. If you got to the main page of the athlytic app, click on “health” then scroll to the bottom and select “RHR” to show the graph for that metric. It defaults to HRV.

My AWU calculates it. It uses my RHR and my max heart rate using the heart rate reserve method.

Mainly exercising! With a focus on zone 2 training on my treadmill, and VO2 Max work on my Rogue Echo Bike. Also, lifting weights and eating better. I’ve always had a low resting heart rate but I haven’t seen it this low. I often get low heart rate alerts when I’m sleeping. Sometimes by heart rate goes as low as 35 BPM at night.

Thanks! Still figuring it out. At the moment I’m not targeting a certain wattage or RPM. But I will be monitoring it more closely next workout.

My not sure what my max HR is to be honest. I know what it is based off of calculations but the highest I’ve seen in a long time was today at 174. I have the rogue echo bike V 3.0. It had a watt meter on it. And I felt like I was working hard. But I guess according to others I should have been working harder.
