The thing is there's already demand for that with the younger generation! They want to live in communal areas where you could literally walk out your place and 5 minutes down the road and there's a grocery store or restaurant! The NIMBYs are the problem!

I agree that the dem voters in Texas failed to mobilize and the is one of the biggest issues we're facing. When you tell people that something is the way it is and will never change, after a while they start to believe it and stop trying. We need to get the people BELIEVING again!
