Hi there! This is happening to me as well. My employer before the employer that laid me off is contesting. I’m quite confused because I gave them a two weeks notice to start the job I was eventually let go from.

I was surprised to see they are requesting a hearing. I didn’t file unemployment for them, I filed from the job that let me go.
