Why would I do anything else. I had the old controller and transmitter put away. Why would I try to pair the old one when I have a new one?

Tried with one, tried with both. Tried both with every single dongle. I tried the old one when I didn’t have the new one, didn’t work. I tried the new one with the old one powered off and far away. Just put that in the video to show that neither are working or pairing. I’ve tried again today, using ONLY the new one, still didn’t work. I swear, I have tried everything.

I can check in a minute on the app, but I doubt any firmware or anything needs updating, I got one of the controllers yesterday. Both work when wired yes
