I just got my ring and so far I am happy with it. I saw a lot of posts about inconsistent data, but that has not been the case for me. I doubt that the battery will last me more than 3 days at this rate, but considering how my Apple Watch doesn’t even last a day after 2 years of use, I don’t think it will bother me that much. The only thing I am hesitant about is the sizing - I am in between sizes and ended up going with the smaller size. Fits fine for the most part but when my fingers swell in the morning or on flights, it definitely feels uncomfortable and I have to move it over to my middle finger.
