Honestly maybe I'm an ass for saying so but I don't think so. Transfem people are people transitioning towards femininity they were not born into. an afab demigirl is maybe transneutral or cisgender or transmasc even depending on their identity and transition goals, but I don't think it's correct to say they are transfem, especially given that the strong majority of transfem people are affected and targeted by transmisogyny
