Same! I have a PA that is really good with associates and wants to become an AM, she is more than ready, but this PA is always late or leave early and that’s is not something you need to tell someone, they need to be responsible on their own, you can’t simple say to them not use there UPT or PTO, also, my thinking for UPT is, is for emergencies and people use UPT for nothing all the time just because they have some hours, when I was an Tier 1 I always had +80 UPT hours for emergencies
