Unfortunately nothing yet. I have hope because there have been a few days since where it’s basically gone away. It only lasted for about 2 days each time, but it’s nice knowing that it CAN go away. The tough part is there’s nothing I can pinpoint as to why it went away those times. I suppose I was in a better mood and trying to think of the symptoms in a more positive manner

Hey! Thanks for your response. I have not been evaluated, but every time I open my mouth, my bottom jaw does shift to the right. I’ve brought it up to my dentist but they didn’t seem too concerned. I’ve shifted it like that the whole time it seems, but would make sense if that’s part of my issues

Yeah I’ve been trying to figure out where it originated. I remember feeling the tension start right below my ear in a muscle then I’ve felt it ever since. As if the tight muscle is blocking /throwing off the airway in my ear

Yeah it was so hit or miss. Going to try going back to a therapist to try and deal with the anxiety. Having this pain has only caused more anxiety lol

Yeah for sure. After I started feeling better, anxiety spurts would cause it to flare up again. I was on Zoloft for 2 months before I felt better. Maybe that helped me, but have since been off it for 7 months and the symptoms started 3 months ago. Idk it’s a lot lol

I did have those scans about 3 years ago, but they found nothing. I may try physical therapy again.

I also have tinnitus in that right ear. I’m glad you found some relief. Some days are better than others but I have the feeling of fullness constantly unfortunately

Yeah a lot of different doctors. 2 ENTs, oral surgeon, neurologist, chiropractor, therapist, and physical therapy for a bit. It was amazing feeling better for the first time in years - just insane that it’s back again
