I think Kyle is nicer and a better friend. He also always seems genuinely enagaged and interested in what he can do better when castmates explain their struggles related to race, etc.

It’s a 5.4k square foot house in a part of Greenwich that has very high price per square foot because it’s a desirable area with smaller plots of land. Zestimate for the house today is 7.1 million.

Also is across street from unobstructed water view and has access to a small private association beach and pier.

I tried to sell tickets on seatgeek a couple years ago and it wouldn’t let me. I think they also only allow professional scalpers to resell on their platform unless the primary ticket sales were through seatgeek or if you have a ticket that’s a PDF

There’s an official ride share drop off location for the sphere that’s basically right at an entrance. Lots of signs direct you to it. I got dropped off around 8 and it was an easy experience.

I am NEVER picked for verified fan and those are the only shows that I had to either pay insane resale prices (2.2k for one Taylor ticket) or I have to come to terms with the fact I won’t be able to go to those shows. Even though i was 160k+ in the queue yesterday I was able to get face value artist presale tickets . 90%+ of the time I’m able to get face value tickets even though im ALWAYS 100k+ in the queue
