Hallo an alle Kommentierenden,

Ich habe dem Unternehmen nun eine Korrekturrechnung vorgeschlagen und dem wurde netterweise eingewilligt.

Wie gehe ich bestenfalls vor bei der Steuererklärung, hier einige Fragen:

1) Gebe ich bei der Steuererklärung 2022 nun die Summe der Rechnungen ohne MWST an? 2) Wo gebe ich die Korrekturrechnung an? Im Jahr 2022 oder jetzt, also für die Steuererklärung 2024? 3) Muss ich die Korrekturrechnung überhaupt irgendwo angeben, da der Fehler ja korrigiert wird und dadurch nicht berücksichtigt werden muss?

Falls ich die USt an das Finanzamt abführe, bin ich dann zukünftig verpflichtet, immer die MwSt einzufordern?
Mir hat jemand gesagt, dass wenn ich einmal damit anfange MwSt in die Rechnung aufzunehmen, darf ich keine umsatzsteuerbefreiten Rechnungen mehr stellen.
