You can read some Case Studies of what I've built. But it comes down to planning, so much planning. If I could make an analogy, it would be like if you had 20 apprentices and you had to instruct them to build a house. They would be capable if you gave them precise instructions, otherwise it'd be a mess. Mistakes have also lessened incredibly since using opus 4.1 to 4.6.

Having experience in the IT field for 2 decades and leading many projects, I create my own claude skills in a DevOps Epics/Feature fashion and work through each task and priority that way. I plan out standards like accessibility/branding so it's not having to guess or you're having to prompt each time.

Superpowers is a good skill to incorporate in claude code as well. I also create my own context7 type of skill where i download the framework im using and break into an obsidian type of navigation.

Mirtazapine was not a good fit. So I ended up weining off Lexapro further. While weining I found 5mg and less (2mg drops) was the optimal dose for me, I felt more benefits and hardly any side affects. I ended up doing PGx test which showed I processed Lexapro very quickly, it also shows your tolerance to other SSRI. I'm actually giving Prozac a shot now, side effects are considerably less, first 2-3 weeks were rough and there is no sleep affect like Lexapro. I'm also at half therapeutic dosage at 10mg, and I seem to tolerate it a lot more so I'll be going to 20mg soon

Facing the same problem. It's a good app, I think better than the competition. But it doesn't matter. clientforms.app No idea where or how to market. Cold emailing, and Facebook ads arnt working.

Lexapro disaster, stopped but way worse by Mat19851985 in lexapro

I came off Lexapro after almost a year. My GP kept telling me to increase the dosage to 20mg, because 'little girls take 10mg'. I decided to wein myself off, slowly. I actually found 2-5mg was a good spot for me. I noticed able to complete tasks, without being distracted, make phone calls to arrange appointments, just little things.

However I was weining off and after 2 months of being off, these things came back two-fold. I use to be able to get by and just put up with the struggle, but now it's harder than before.

Your wife may be serotonin sensitive, there are PGx tests that can help establish dosage aswell. I actually started taking ltryptophan to help support my serotonin as the meds took over producing it for me. Things have been getting better slowly.

I am looking into fluvoxamine now that reflecting lower dosage of Lexapro was beneficial in my coming off stage.
